About this tour

What to expect
You'll spend the morning exploring Yanchep's bushland and wetlands, looking for kangaroos, wallabies and birdlife. After an hour's drive, you'll reach the Pinnacles—thousands of weathered limestone columns jutting from rust-coloured sand. It's genuinely striking. Lunch happens in Cervantes, a working fishing village where you can choose fish and chips, a steak sandwich or vegan burger. The afternoon takes you to Lancelin's massive dunes; most people scramble up them, though it's optional. The guide shares local knowledge throughout and keeps things unhurried.
Good to know
Hotel pickups cover Perth City, Fremantle, Cottesloe and Scarborough. The tour suits all fitness levels, though dune walking is moderately steep. Bring sunscreen and a hat—there's little shade. Water is supplied. Sandboard hire and lobster lunch upgrades cost extra.
